Teaching & Community Engagement OFFERINGS

Lifeline Global Institute (LGI) offers an array of  training and development courses specific for pastors and leaders.

Through guided instruction, reflection, and strategic application, program offerings are designed to equip leaders with practical and biblically grounded tools to overcome opposition, process wounds, and reclaim their strength. The purpose of these trainings is to move leaders from survival to renewal—ushering them into a place of repair, rest, and restored vision so they can continue to serve with clarity, resilience, and effectiveness.

Workshop offerings are available for churches and organizations of all sizes.

Dr. Risha has committed the majority of her professional career building communities and funding dreams within the nonprofit and human service fields.  Opportunities exist to partner with local nonprofit and faith-based organizations to position them for ongoing success and financial sustainability through a variety of services that include but are not limited to strategic planning, needs assessment, campaign development, grant research and writing, and community outreach efforts.
