Teaching & Community Engagement OFFERINGS

The LLG Institute offers two paths of teaching, training, and development via its Discipleship Development course and its [customizable] Intensive Training Track specific for pastors and leaders. 

The ABC's of Discipleship is a basic discipleship course that is used to build a biblical foundation of God's call for all believers to become disciples who make disciples for Christ.

Workshop offerings are available for groups of ten or more participants. 

Similarly, it is imperative for Christian leaders (pastors and those with marketplace ministries) to understand how team dynamics impact their success. Throughout this customized, intensive yet highly-interactive series, Christian leaders learn how to build healthy, thriving teams by understanding key components and collaborative disciplines of teams that thrive. 

Workshop offerings are available for churches and organizations of all sizes.

Dr. Risha has committed the majority of her professional career building communities and funding dreams within the nonprofit and human service fields.  Opportunities exist to partner with local nonprofit and faith-based organizations to position them for ongoing success and financial sustainability through a variety of services that include but are not limited to strategic planning, needs assessment, campaign development, grant research and writing, and community outreach efforts.
