All About...

Dr. Risha is first and foremost a worshipper and student of the Word who is committed to fulfilling God's assignment on her life.  She is also a devoted mother, grandmother, lover of the arts, all things classical and jazz music, family, and travel who absolutely loves the Lord and is honored to be His servant.  

She is the founder of Lifeline Global, LLC, an educational organization birthed out of a clarion call to effectively teach, train, and develop pastors, ministry teams, and believers all over the globe to the glory of God.  Lifeline Global therefore houses the teaching and training arm of Dr. Risha's ministry.  Lifeline Global is also the parent company to Prayers and Peace for Pastors, a ministry God called Dr. Risha to launch in November 2020 that strengthens and encourages the hearts of pastors per Psalm 27:14.  

Professionally, Dr. Risha has raised millions of dollars throughout the course of her 20+ years in the nonprofit industry to advance the missional causes of small and large nonprofit organizations and institutions of higher education throughout her career, including organizations like the United Way and institutions like Relay Graduate School of Education.

Lifeline Global, LLC and the ministries under it are guided by the ministry's foundational scripture found in John 6:63, which says, "It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life."  Dr. Risha is therefore committed to create a state-of-the-art training center where pastors and ministry teams have access to the support and ongoing spiritual development tools needed for a well-balanced life and effective service in God’s kingdom. Her mission is for Lifeline Global to serve as a lifeline that restores and empowers pastors and leaders through community, transparency, growth, and balance. 

This call is both individual and corporate.  It encompasses building and growing new believers, maturing believers, pastors, and key ministry leaders. It involves a commitment to help others understand and grow in their gifts, fulfill their purpose, and collectively advance God's kingdom.
